Generating Documents and Forms for Employees
In RZBneo, you can have various documents and forms pre-filled with the data available in the system, in order to use them further afterwards.
To do this, open the Train driver menu item and search for the desired employee for whom you want to create a document in the list. Click on the button 
The following note tells you whether this is a centrally managed form.
To generate the form and download it directly, click on Download.

Alternatively, you have the option of sending a form that has been enabled for this purpose directly from RZBneo to the Eisenbahnbundesamt. Read more about this here.
The KSV provides you with the following forms during initial setup:
- Declaration of the start or end of employment as a train driver
- Declaration of the general professional competence check
- Application for the issuance of a train driver's licence
