03-2026 RZBneo+

We are pleased to announce that RZBneo+ is now available.

The new module for our digital supplementary certificate register now allows you to manage the competencies and qualifications of all personnel in one application and never miss a deadline again.

Features

Managing other employees

In addition to train drivers, you now have the option of managing further personnel in a separate view. Create base data and assign tasks and functions to employees.

For this employee group too, you have the option of storing documents such as attestations, certificates, journals, etc. and making them centrally available. Assign uploaded files to the suitability check, the general professional competence check, or the employee's tasks or functions. This keeps you on top of things.

Defining tasks and functions

Via the new Administration menu items Tasks and Functions, you define the functions existing within your company and create a competency or requirements profile for these functions by assigning tasks.

Qualification comparison

The Employee Compliance menu item shows you whether your employees meet all the requirements for the tasks and functions assigned to them. At the same time, deadline monitoring takes place, so that — as with train drivers — you can see all deadlines at a glance and further refine the overview using smart filters. Use the control panel at the bottom left to display, for example, only warnings or critical audits, and thus immediately identify which qualifications your employees are still missing or for which qualifications a training or review is coming up soon.
