Issuing organisational units

This menu item displays a page with an overview of the organisational units created within the company (e.g. national or European branches or operational sites). Existing employees (train drivers) can be assigned to the created locations for administrative purposes, and the organisational units can issue supplementary certificates (issuing organisational units in the sense of TfV).

Adding a new organisational unit

Click on   below the table and enter the data for the new organisational unit in the input form. 

Optionally add an image file as a stamp for the issuing organisational unit. This is printed on the supplementary certificates and, where applicable, on other documents. 

Using the Train drivers dropdown list, you can assign individual train drivers to this organisational unit. 

Advantages: 

• Grouping and structuring of employees
• Setting of editing rights for employees per organisational unit
• Filtering of the train driver table by organisational units

Deleting an organisational unit

Click on to delete an organisational unit. Organisational units can only be deleted if no supplementary certificates have yet been issued via this organisational unit.
