Data Transfers

The Transfer menu item provides an overview of all data transfers carried out between RZBneo instances. The transfer status, the transfer direction (incoming or outgoing), the transfer date, and the transfer partner (sender or receiver) are displayed in the table. It is also possible to see which train drivers (or their data) were transmitted or received.

Accepting a data transfer from another instance

Unconfirmed transfers from another instance to yours are displayed here. You then have the option of reviewing the data and importing it into your register. To do this, click on the following icon in an incoming entry with the transfer status Waiting for response .

You can then make an assignment of skill designations and custom deadline designations in the input form that opens. If a designation does not yet exist in your instance, select Create skill from the dropdown list. After the import, you can adjust the newly added designation in the corresponding master table if necessary.

Conflict management for already existing train drivers

If the transferred train driver to be imported already exists (criterion: train driver's licence number already present in your instance), this will be displayed in the Conflict management section.

Here you have the option of completely overwriting the existing entry in your database with the received data, or skipping the train driver during import, i.e. not adopting any data from this train driver and leaving the existing entry unchanged.
