01-2026 Upgrade User Interface
What is changing?
From Monday, 12 January 2026, a modernised user interface will be available to you.
The good news: all functions remain in their familiar place. The layout has only been carefully adjusted, so you will find your way around quickly.
The benefits of the new user interface
Easier operation through improved arrangements
The structure of the user interface has been optimised at certain points, so that fewer clicks are required and the desired settings are reached more quickly. Examples of this include the extended search, through the grouping of search fields, as well as by toggling the visibility of displayed columns.
Better overview
The elements displayed on the dashboard are now more compact, so that more information is contained on one page. Furthermore, the status of deadlines is easy to identify through clear colour coding.
Optimised performance
Faster loading times ensure smooth operation, especially in instances with a large number of train drivers. The search functions and filters also now deliver the desired results more quickly.
Future-proofing
This technological upgrade forms the foundation for upcoming extensions and new features that will meaningfully expand the scope of functions in RZBneo.
Improved functions
Some functionalities have been improved. For example, the multi-update feature in the skills overview can now be used to update not only skills of one skill type but skills of multiple skill types simultaneously. The skills overview also now has an archive, in which the skills of archived employees are stored separately from those of active employees, thereby improving the overview.
What does this mean for you?
- You can continue to use all familiar functions — without a lengthy period of adjustment.
- The changes primarily affect the technical foundation and ensure greater stability and speed.
- The new design is modern and more flexible, but has been deliberately kept close to the existing layout.
