# System Requirements & Access Data

### **System requirements**

The RZBneo® Additional Certificate Register is a web-based application (database) that is accessed via a browser and the internet. It is irrelevant how this is done and which end devices are used.

The browser used should be up-to-date and kept current. Otherwise, display problems may occur.

RZBneo® supports commonly used browsers:

-   MS Edge
-   Chrome
-   Firefox
-   Opera
-   Safari

### **Login credentials**

Access to the register is via your company's individual URL:

`https://<Company Code>.rzbneo.de/login`

In the login window, enter the email address associated with the user account in the *Username* field, and the corresponding password. After entering the login data, the application starts with the dashboard.

#### **First-time login**

To create a new user in RZBneo®, the system administrator must first enter the user's email address and other data into the system. After the system administrator has saved the data, an email will automatically be sent from [support@rzbneo.de](mailto:support@rzbneo.de) to the user's specified email address. This email contains a link through which the user can set an initial password for their account. The user must click this link within 24 hours to create their password. If the user does not use the link within this period, the system administrator must request a new link. After setting their initial password, the user can change their password at any time.

The initial password for the system administrator is assigned in the same way as part of the initial setup by the KSV.

❗ Under certain circumstances, the system-generated email may be flagged as spam by the licensee's mail server. Please check your spam filter if necessary, or contact your IT department.
