### Error messages

"Invalid media type image/jpeg in request"

An attempt was made to upload an unsupported file format. Please only use the following file formats: .jpg | .png | .pdf

Please ensure that file extensions are written in lower case. The file extension .JPG is not supported.

### Supplementary certificates

Where is it defined whether only the Series clusters or all Series are printed on a supplementary certificate?

This is configured in the issuing organisational units settings.

### Archiving

How can train driver data be archived?

By entering a date in the *Employed Until* field of the train driver base data, the relevant record is automatically moved to the archive when the specified date is reached.

How can archived train driver data be reactivated?

By deleting the date in the *Employed Until* field, a record is automatically restored from the archive.

### Other

Can data be exported to Excel?

Data on train drivers or entire tables can be downloaded in the standardised JSONL format via the "Data exchange" – *Export* menu item. To copy individual entries or table views into Excel, tables can simply be selected with the mouse, then copied and pasted into Excel.

Can other personnel who are not train drivers also be created and managed in the system?

Yes, this is possible with the optional RZBneo+ extension. If you would like to try out the extension, please contact [Support](mailto:support@ksv-europe.de). Can multiple railway undertakings be managed in one instance?

No, you can only manage different organisational units of one railway undertaking in one instance. For additional railway undertakings, you will need a separate RZBneo® instance. In this case, it would be possible to exchange data between different railway undertaking instances using the transfer function.
