# Comparing qualifications

### Comparing requirements and existing qualifications

Prerequisites:

-   Tasks defined
-   Functions defined
-   Tasks have been assigned to functions
-   Functions have been assigned to employees

To ensure that all employees possess the qualifications and competencies required according to their assigned function, a comparison of the status can be carried out via the Employee Compliance menu item.

This provides information on whether

1.  deadlines for the next audit of tasks and functions are being met,
2.  all tasks assigned to the employee's function have also been added as qualifications of the employee, and
3.  warns when deadlines are expiring within the self-selected lead time.

Additionally, a notification is provided as to whether the suitability check and general professional competence check are absent, present, or due for renewal.
